@NY Day28-30 | Snowing!!

29/10/2011, it snowed.
10/29に雪が降りました。
It was said that the snowing in NY in October was the first time in 59 years.
NYで10月に雪がふるのは59年ぶりだとか。

It started snowing from noon to almost all day, and was freaking cold outside.
昼くらいから降り始めた雪はほぼ一日中降っていて、外は凍える寒さでした。
Especially, I could not bear the cold wind blowing between buildings.
特にビルの間を吹き抜ける風が冷たくて辛かったです。

In Manhattan, it was relatively easy to walk because the snow shoveling had done soon, but in Brooklyn, there had been lots of snow piled up on the street and was quite difficult to walk because of the bad condition of roads.
マンハッタンでは雪かきがすぐされてたので比較的歩きやすかったけれど、ブルックリンは雪が山積みで、道が悪いこともあってすごく歩きにくかったです。

I feel winter is coming up to NY step by step with bringing snow and cold wind.
雪が降ったり冷たい風が吹いたりすると、一歩ずつ冬がやってくるのを感じます。
Only one thing left for me to get ready to winters is the gloves.
冬の準備に足りないものは残すところ手袋のみ。
